Our client, a local medical device distributor was looking to acquire a space to operate their distribution business. The challenge was to find a building that fit their budget and was large enough to grow and expand their business in a strong rental and sales market.

The goal of the buyer was to achieve below market pricing on a property that fit their requirements for growth and expansion. We identified a multi-unit industrial flex condominium property that offered a unit, consisting of approx. 1500 square feet of office space and approx. 4000 square feet of warehouse. As a result, the purchaser was able to acquire a property that exceeded their requirements for future client growth and product offerings. All at a price that was far below their budget of $2,500,000.00. In addition, this transaction allowed our client to significantly strengthen their balance sheet.​
