Tenant Representation Assignment – Girl Scouts of America

Challenges:

Tenant required 10,000 to 12,000 SQFT flex-space to facilitate scout programs, merchandise store, and private offices for administration. Additionally, the tenant required a location with ample parking, centrally located with  convenient ingress/egress which is necessary to facilitate the annual Girl Scout Cookie promotion.

  • Meet the strict timeline for site identification, lease negotiation, tenant improvements and move-in.

Solutions:

Utilizing our personal network and site location tools, we identified a flex-office/industrial property that fulfilled all their location, RBA, and parking/access requirements.

Results:

  • Identified the property that met all the tenant’s requirements in the allotted time frame.
  • Negotiated a 10-year Industrial Gross lease term with 2-5 year options.
